"Based on conversations with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, of Pakistan, and wherein they requested that I hold off the destructive force being sent tonight to Iran, and subject to the Islamic Republic of Iran agreeing to the COMPLETE, IMMEDIATE, and SAFE OPENING of the Strait of Hormuz, I agree to wait 2 weeks before bombing Iran into oblivion," said U.S. President Donald Trump on Truth Social. "Iran has achieved a massive victory and forced criminal America to accept its 10-point plan. In this plan, America is fundamentally committed to guaranteeing non-aggression for a period of 2 weeks, after which time Islamic Iran will rain down destruction upon the enemy and its Zionist accomplice Israel," said a statement from Iran's Supreme National Security Council.
