Farage Celebrates Local Election Wins By Singing Hitler Youth Songs
HAVERING, ENGLAND—In the wake of massive gains in local elections across England, Scotland, and Wales, Reform UK leader Nigel Farage celebrated his party's success Friday by singing his favourite Hitler Youth songs. "I can honestly say you are witnessing a historic shift in British politics. Reform UK is now the most national of all parties. It cannot continue to be a fluke or a protest vote. What is very clear to me is that our voters will stick with us now all the way through. With all of that in mind, everyone, please, sing along with me if you know the words. This song is one of my personal favourites!" said Farage as he then began to belt out "Es zittern die morschen Knochen," the official song of the Hitler Youth. "This is a big big day. Not just for our party but for a complete reshaping of British politics in every way. We are competitive in every part of the country and we're here to stay. Now everyone, join me in recanting another stone-cold classic," continued Farage as he then went on to recite the Hitler Youth marching song "Vorwärts! Vorwärts!" from memory. Mr. Farage's supporters seemed to be unbothered by his ugly bellowing of the Nazi songs, assuming it would help "stop the boats" somehow. At press time, Labour leader and British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, leader of the Tories Kemi Badenoch, and leader of the Liberal Democrats Sir Ed Davey placed the blame for Farage's chanting of Hitler Youth songs on leader of the Greens and Jewish man Zack Polanski.
